Most important answer to the question “why is water important” is it prevents from so many diseases. Staying hydrated prevents from constipation, kidney stones, urinary tract diseases, asthma, coronary heart disease and much more. You can see staying hydrated can save you from most of the issues.

You must have seen videos or read articles, or when you visit a dermatologist; they all will prefer drinking lots of water so that you stay hydrated and that shows on your skin. You spend bucks over cosmetics for skin and still don’t get the desired results. But water is the only thing which not only saves bucks but leaves a healthy skin. Carrying cosmetics in your bag, carry a bottle of water instead.
